Boyd Gaming to serve up Thanksgiving specials

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Boyd Gaming properties throughout the Las Vegas Valley are offering holiday menus and dining specials for Thanksgiving Day on Thursday, 23 November.

Aliante Casino Hotel and Spa
MRKT will offer a special three-course dinner on Thanksgiving Day from 3 p.m. to close for $45. To start, the meal offers a choice of crème of roasted butternut squash soup or a braised red and golden beet salad with goat cheese. The main course features slow roasted turkey breast with herb stuffing, Yukon gold whipped potatoes and gravy, candied yams and green beans. Diners can enjoy delicious pumpkin cheesecake to complete the meal.

Medley Buffet will serve Thanksgiving traditional favorites from 10 a.m. to close for $17.99 with an Aliante Players Club card.

FARM will serve a three-course lunch and dinner for $18 between 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Thanksgiving specials start off with a house salad. The main course includes oven roasted turkey breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, sugar-glazed roasted carrots, cranberry apple stuffing, orange spiced cranberry sauce with a dinner roll, and a slice of pumpkin pie for dessert.

Bistro 57's Thanksgiving Day special features a traditional turkey dinner with cranberry dressing, sweet potatoes, green beans and pecan pie. The special will be served from 2 p.m. to close for $25.

California Hotel & Casino
Redwood Steakhouse will serve a traditional Thanksgiving Day dinner special for $28. The dinner includes roast turkey with cornbread and sausage stuffing, homemade giblet gravy, buttery mashed potatoes, pecan candied yams, roasted Brussel sprouts with hickory bacon and Maui fried onions. For dessert, guests can enjoy their choice of pumpkin or custard pie.

Market Street Café will offer a Thanksgiving Day special for $12.99. The special features the choice of a traditional roast turkey or a baked ham dinner drizzled with fruit sauce, both including all the trimmings. A delicious slice of pumpkin pie will complete the meal.

Cannery Casino and Hotel
Cannery Row Buffet will serve Thanksgiving Day specials from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for $13.99 with a C.A.N. Club card. The holiday specials will feature turkey, prime rib, honey baked ham, a full salad bar and much more. Plus, guests can taste a variety of desserts, including pumpkin and pecan pie.

Victory's Bar & Grill will offer a traditional roast turkey dinner for $11.99 with a C.A.N. Club card from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. The dinner special will begin with the diner's choice of a pumpkin bisque or dinner salad. The main entrée will be served with giblet gravy, sage dressing, mashed potatoes, glazed yams, dinner rolls, vegetable medley and cranberry sauce. For dessert, Victory's will serve pumpkin, apple or cherry pie.

Waverly's Steakhouse will serve up a delicious meal on Thanksgiving Day between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. for $29.99 with a C.A.N. Club card. The special menu features slow roasted, tender white and dark meat tom turkey with giblet gravy, fresh herbed dressing, sweet potato, classic green beans, mashed potatoes and fresh cranberry relish. The meal is paired with a shrimp cocktail and comes with a fresh apple tart for dessert.

Eastside Cannery Casino & Hotel
Carve will serve a three-course special for $37 on Thanksgiving Day. Diners will begin their meal with their choice of cranberry pecan salad or butternut squash bisque. The main entrée includes the choice of a hone Chablis roasted turkey or brown sugar and Dijon glazed ham served with green bean almandine and roasted chestnut dressing. For dessert, Carve will serve decadent pumpkin cheesecake and pumpkin crème brulee.

Snaps' Thanksgiving Day special features a holiday platter with turkey or ham for $12.99. The platters come with sliced turkey or glazed ham served with mashed potatoes, stuffing, sweet potato and green bean casserole. Diners can finish off their platter with their choice of pumpkin or pecan pie.

Fremont Hotel & Casino
Paradise Café will offer several special selections for $13.99 on Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Specials include a roasted tom turkey with cornbread stuffing, candied yams mashed potatoes, green beans and cranberry sauce; salmon Florentine served with green beans a rice pilaf; and roast prime rib with greens beans and baked potato. All dinners will include one trip to the soup and salad bar, green beans amandine and a roll with butter. Guests will also have various options to choose from for dessert, including coconut custard, pumpkin, cherry, apple or key lime pie.

Second Street Grill is serving up three-course Thanksgiving Day specials from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Each holiday special comes with soup or salad and the Chef's choice for dessert. Guests can devour herb roasted turkey and stuffing, which will be served with cornbread dressing, garlic roasted mashed potatoes, yams, sautéed green beans, giblet gravy and cranberry orange relish for $27. Diners also have the option to select the herb crusted prime rib special that is served with roasted garlic pesto mashed potatoes and asparagus with hollandaise sauce for $29.

Gold Coast Hotel and Casino
Cornerstone will serve a three-course Thanksgiving Day menu from 2 p.m. to close. For starters, guests will have the choice of butternut squash bisque or a holiday salad with mixed greens, sweet pecans, blue cheese, sun dried cranberries and white balsamic vinaigrette. For the main entrée, diners can enjoy a traditional tom turkey dinner with sage dressing, glazed yams, green beans, Yukon mashed potatoes with giblet gravy and house made cranberry sauce for $38. They can also choose the pan seared sea bass served over wilted baby spinach, rosti potatoes, drizzled with a cilantro cream lemon butter sauce for $45. To finish the meal, guests will enjoy a brown sugar glazed vanilla bean pumpkin crème brulee.

Ports O'Call Buffet will offer Thanksgiving Day specials all day long for $17.99. Breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and will feature made-to-order omelets, benedicts, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage links, freshly sliced fruit, menudo and more. The holiday menu will be served from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and includes roasted tom turkey with all the trimmings, carved prime rib or beef, carved honey baked ham, roast leg of lamb, teriyaki glazed salmon, roasted chicken, grilled pork chops, special holiday desserts, a chocolate fondue station and much more.

Main Street Station Casino Brewery and Hotel
Triple 7 will offer a Thanksgiving Day special for $12.99. The special offers the choice of a traditional roast turkey or a baked ham dinner drizzled with fruit sauce, both with all the trimmings. A delicious slice of pumpkin pie will complete the meal.

The Orleans
Big Al's Oyster Bar is serving up a $19 Thanksgiving seafood special on Thursday, 23 November from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Diners will start off with a cup of Big Al's famous Boston or Manhattan clam chowders or a house salad. For the main course, guests can enjoy black mussels steamed in white wine and garlic butter with fresh basil and tomatoes, served over linguine with garlic toast. A traditional piece of pumpkin pie will complete the meal.

Prime Rib Loft is offering a special Thanksgiving Day dinner menu from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The dinner will begin with a cranberry orange crostini, butternut squash or soup with wild rice, corn and sausage, or the choice of a house salad. The main entrée will feature sliced turkey breasts over apple, pine nut and dried fruit dressing, served with fresh candied yams, house made cranberry sauce and seasonal vegetables for $32. Diners can also choose to order the beef tenderloin medallions and mushroom ragu for $36. The dinner features twin four-oz. tenderloin filets topped with creamy wild mushroom and cracked pepper ragu for $36. To finish off the holiday meal, guests can enjoy pumpkin cheesecake.

For $16.99, diners can savor a mouthwatering traditional roast turkey dinner at Copper Whisk on Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Start the holiday dinner with a choice of soup or salad, followed by a roast turkey served with giblet gravy, sage and dried fruit dressing, fresh candied yams, fresh green beans almandine and house made cranberry sauce. Pumpkin pie will be served for dessert.

Sam's Town Hotel & Gambling Hall
The Angry Butcher will serve a special Thanksgiving Day dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., featuring a unique take on traditional holiday favorites for $30. The meal will begin with a butternut squash soup with crispy sage and crème fraiche, or a winter salad with Sonoma winter field greens, heirloom tomatoes candied pecans, moody blue smoked blue cheese, dried apricots and cranberry vinaigrette. The main course will offer a free range, slow roasted turkey, basted with sage butter and served with sausage stuffing, butcher mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, citrus baked sweet potato, green beans and cranberry sauce. A choice of pumpkin or apple pie will complete the meal.

Big Mess' Thanksgiving Day dinner features woodsy and smoky-sweet turkey breast served with Big Mess mashed potatoes and giblet gravy, tender green beans and candied yams. This holiday dinner is capped off with a generous slice of homemade pumpkin pie for $21.99.

Additionally, Big Mess will be offering guests a chance to relax on Thanksgiving Day while they do cooking for them with the Family Feast to-go dinner. The to-go dinner will include traditional slow-roasted turkey basted with butter and sage; mashed potatoes and turkey gravy; cornbread stuffing; baked citrus sweet potatoes; green beans with stewed tomatoes; cranberry sauce; Big Mess drop biscuits and honey butter; and a whole pumpkin pie with whipped cream. The to-go meal will be $149 and serves eight to 10 people. Guests must reserve their order before Friday, 17 November. Orders will be available for pickup on Thursday, 24 November from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Guests can enjoy a Thanksgiving Day dinner at Firelight Buffet for $15.99 with a B Connected card. The special features roasted tom turkey with all the trimmings, including fresh mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, cranberry sage dressing, assorted vegetables, sweet potatoes and candied yams. Plus, guests can enjoy roast leg of lamb, baked ham with rum raisin sauced, grilled salmon, fried shrimp, chicken cacciatore, ciopinno and more. Unlimited dessert includes ice cream, variety of fresh baked pies, puddings, strudel and cakes.

All through November, the Sports Deli is serving up Thanksgiving on a roll, featuring oven roasted turkey slices served open-faced with mashed potatoes and turkey gravy.

Suncoast Hotel and Casino
Salvatore's will serve several special selections on Thanksgiving Day, including cream of turkey chowder, a bounty of roasted turkey and root vegetables simmered in a rich creamy stock finished with cheese and chive dumplings, for $8.95; traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings, including sausage-sage stuffing, brulee yams, cream mashers, fresh vegetables, cranberry chutney, finished with giblet gravy for $27.95; glazed pit ham roasted with fresh pineapple, plums, currants and apples with a rich reduction of pan juices and cider for $25.95; Barolo braised boneless short ribs with creamy mashers and julienne fresh vegetables for $29.95; and primavera with shrimp, a classic pasta featuring plump shrimp simmered with a medley of roasted garden vegetables and tossed with linguini for $28.95.

SC Prime will offer several three-course menu options on Thanksgiving Day from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Start the meal with creamy chicken and wild rice soup or a Sonoma field greens salad, then traditional roast turkey for $44; almond crusted Alaskan halibut for $42; or bacon and mushroom crusted pork loin medallions for $38. For dessert, guests can enjoy a tasty pumpkin cheesecake or a caramel sauce drizzled apple tart.

Du-Par's will offer a delectable Thanksgiving dinner special for $14.99 that includes the choice of a holiday roast turkey or oven baked ham. Dinner will be served with soup or house salad, bread stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, candied yams, cranberry sauce, vegetables, as well as a slice of Du-Par's famous pumpkin or apple pie.

St. Tropez Buffet will serve up Thanksgiving traditional favorites and more from 11 a.m. to close for $15.99 with a B Connected card.

Eldorado Casino
Guests can enjoy a delicious Thanksgiving Day turkey dinner special at Mary's Diner that includes soup or salad, bread stuffing, vegetables, candied yams, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a slice of pumpkin pie. The special will be available from 11 a.m. to close for $9.99.

Jokers Wild Casino
Court Café will offer a special Thanksgiving Day turkey dinner for $9.99 from 11 a.m. to close. The dining special includes soup or salad, bread stuffing, vegetables, candied yams, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a slice of pumpkin pie.
