Boyd Gaming casinos in Las Vegas get green light for full capacity

13 May 2021

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Boyd Gaming is pleased to announce that it received approval on May 11 from the Nevada Gaming Control Board to return to 100% capacity in gaming areas at all of its currently operating Nevada properties. This includes The Orleans, Gold Coast Hotel and Casino, Suncoast Hotel and Casino, Aliante Casino Hotel and Spa, Sam's Town Hotel & Gambling Hall, Cannery Casino and Hotel, California Hotel & Casino, Fremont Hotel & Casino and Jokers Wild Casino.

Masks are still required inside our properties, and all non-gaming areas remain at 80% capacity, in compliance with current government directives.

In its communication to Boyd Gaming, the Control Board commended the company for its ongoing efforts to assist team members and their families in the vaccination process. These efforts include on-site vaccination centers at Boyd Gaming properties and the award of paid vacation time to hourly employees who complete their recommended vaccine dosage.

Boyd Gaming shares the state of Nevada’s and Clark County’s commitment to getting as many local residents vaccinated as possible, and we will continue to do our part to encourage all Nevada residents to get vaccinated.
