Boyd Gaming brings holiday cheer across Las Vegas2 December 2022(PRESS RELEASE) -- Boyd Gaming is bringing in some holiday cheer with a wide variety of entertainment at Boyd Gaming properties across the Vegas valley in December. Peppa Pig Live! is coming to The Orleans Showroom and a variety of hilarious headlining comedians will perform in the Bonkerz Comedy Night at the Suncoast Showroom. Attendees can ring in the New Year with Bruno & The Hooligans at The Club inside Cannery Casino Hotel on New Year’s Eve. Boyd Gaming properties will also be home to all things rodeo for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (Wrangler NFR). Free live entertainment will also energize select lounges and restaurants. The Orleans Showroom at The Orleans Peppa Pig Live! “Peppa Pig’s Adventure” Thursday, 22 December Peppa Pig Live! “Peppa Pig’s Adventure,” presented by Round Room Live and Hasbro, Inc., is a live, 60-minute, family-friendly musical experience that brings the loveable, cheeky little piggy on an exciting camping trip in the winter woods with George and her school friends, including Pedro Pony, Suzy Sheep and Gerald Giraffe. With lunchboxes packed and Daddy Pig driving the bus, Peppa and friends are excited about their outdoor holiday adventure, full of singing, dancing, games and surprises. Bourbon Street Lounge at The Orleans Boyd’s Rodeo Party 1-10 December Boyd’s Rodeo Party returns and will take place nightly at 5:45 p.m. December 1-10 inside the Bourbon Street Lounge. Hosted by Boyd Gaming Rodeo Ambassador, six-time National Finals Steer Roping and two-time Ram National Circuit Finals announcer Jody Carper, the free viewing event invites guests to experience the excitement and watch the live feed of the competitions while enjoying drink specials for attendees 21 years of age and older. Buckin’ Bash 1-10 December Each night during Wrangler NFR and following Boyd’s Rodeo Party, Jody Carper will remain in The Orleans’ Bourbon Street Lounge for the Buckin’ Bash. Known as Las Vegas’ best rodeo party after dark, the fun kicks-off at 9 p.m. every evening. The Venue at The Orleans Million Dollar McGraw 1-11 December Million Dollar McGraw, a Tim McGraw tribute act starring Las Vegas entertainer Adam D. Tucker, will captivate audiences inside The Venue in December. Orleans Arena ALL IN BARREL RACE presented by Stetson 1-4 and 7-11 December Watch some of the top barrel racing competitors in the country during the largest divisional barrel race in North America at the action-packed ALL IN BARREL RACE presented by Stetson at Orleans Arena, 1-4 December (Race 1) and 7-11 December (Race 2). Bonkers Comedy Night is produced by Bonkerz Comedy Productions, known for its more than 30-year history providing award-wining comedy across the United States with performers that fit any occasion and all interests. Casino Bowling Center at Gold Coast Hotel and Casino JCCF Bowling Tournament Saturday, 3 December The JCCF Charity Bowling Tournament, sponsored by Boyd Gaming and benefiting the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund (JCCF), is coming to the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino Bowling Center on Saturday, 3 December. Check-in begins at 10:30 a.m. and the tournament runs from noon to 2 p.m. JCCF provides need-based financial assistance to athletes injured through their participation in professional rodeo. The tournament will be hosted by Boyd Gaming Rodeo Ambassador and legendary announcer Jody Carper, and will feature an afternoon of music, courtesy of Definitive Talent and featuring DJ Miguel, light bites and fun for all with 100 percent of proceeds to benefit JCCF and eligible rodeo athletes. Mystic Falls Park’s Winter Wonderland Display at Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling Hall Swing by Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling Hall to experience a festive seasonal display in the indoor atrium, Mystic Falls Park. This free holiday-themed attraction can be enjoyed starting at sundown every day through Sunday, 1 January 2023, and features more than 26,000 points of light, an 18-foot Christmas tree, garland-wrapped lampposts, animatronic characters wearing Santa hats, and a nine-minute holiday laser light show. The laser light show features a variety of classic holiday songs, including “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” “Let It Snow,” “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” and “Frosty the Snowman.” Performances run every hour, between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. Adding to the wintery experience, Mystic Falls Park will make it snow in the Las Vegas desert every night through the new year.
