Boy Found Gambling in Casino

ONTARIO – As reported by the Windsor Star: "Casino Windsor could face sanctions from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario after a 12-year-old boy was nabbed trying his luck on the gaming floor.

"Sources say the young boy is from Windsor and may have been playing table games. He is believed to be the youngest person known to have been caught in a casino in the province.

"AGCO spokesman Abe Campion confirmed Wednesday that an underage person was discovered in the gambling area of Casino Windsor.

"`The minor was on the gaming floor at Casino Windsor Nov. 15 between 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.,' said Campion. `We at the AGCO are reviewing material and information and at this time no charges have been laid.'

"…A dealer who did not want to give his name said he was surprised a 12-year-old could slip past security…"
