Boston to sue gambling commission over Everett casino approval7 January 2015BOSTON, Massachusetts -- City of Boston is challenging the state gambling commission's decision to endorse Wynn's proposed Everett casino, the Boston Globe reported. The city has filed a lawsuit that contends that the endorsement should be thrown out and that Boston should be able to vote as it's a host community, the report said. Two other cities, Revere and Somerville, have already filed lawsuits, according to the Boston Globe. |
