Borgata Chief Joins CRDA

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey – As reported by the Press of Atlantic City: "The chief executive of Atlantic City's newest casino was appointed Friday to the board of the state agency that uses hundreds of millions of dollars in gaming revenue for housing projects and economic development.

"Robert L. Boughner, CEO of the Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa, will serve a two-year term on the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority.

"Boughner will be one of two gaming representatives on the CRDA's 15-member board of directors. David J. Satz, a senior executive with Harrah's Entertainment Inc., is the other.

"… The position is rotated among the casino companies. Boughner replaces Joseph A. Fusco, an executive with Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts Inc. whose term expired in January…"
