Borgata adds new celebrity chefs23 January 2008ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Further strengthening Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa's position as the leading dining destination in Atlantic City and on the East Coast, Style Network's "Pantry Raid" personality Michael Schulson and Manhattan's Country and Town Chef/Owner Geoffrey Zakarian will join Borgata's culinary roster of premier chefs this year. Schulson will open an innovative Japanese restaurant and nightlife experience at the hotel-casino, whereas Zakarian will create and oversee all food & beverage hospitality for the spa, pool, special events and in-room dining for The Water Club, A Signature Hotel by Borgata, opening summer 2008.
