Boogie Nights presents "Tributes" at Tropicana11 September 2013ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- No one does 70s and 80s music better than Boogie Nights. Located in the heart of Tropicana Atlantic City Casino & Resort, Boogie Nights is known for its retro experience complete with characters like Roller Girl and Michael Jackson, an oversized disco ball, light up dance floor, and themed VIP booths. Now the venue is introducing live bands to the mix, taking your experience to a whole new level with Tributes – A Live Concert Series sponsored by Bud Light. Tribute bands will cover hit songs from Bon Jovi, Van Halen, U2, Journey, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, and more. Boogie Nights will open its doors at 7 p.m. for live performances that begin at 8 p.m. each Saturday night, Oct. 5 through Nov. 30. Drink specials include $5 (16 oz.) Bud Lights and buckets of six beers for $25. "This Boogie Nights live concert series will appeal to a new audience of 70s and 80s rockers and take the fan experience to whole new level," said Boogie Nights brand owner Dave Pena. "Sold-out rock concerts in enormous arenas were a big part of the 70s and 80s. Bands like Van Halen, Aerosmith, KISS and Journey are legendary. To go back in time and showcase these tribute acts is just another extension of Boogie Nights." For just $20 music fans can start the night early with a live concert plus get the full Boogie Nights dance club experience. There is a lot of fun to be had," said Steve Callender, General Manager of Tropicana. Tickets are $20 for each concert event and are available starting Sept. 11 at Ticketmaster or at Boogie Nights the night of the show. Guests must be 21 or over and will receive free entry to Boogie Nights after the show. |
