Blues Traveler reschedules Rivers Casino concert25 April 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- Due to an ongoing shoulder injury of one of the performers that requires medical attention, the Blues Traveler concert previously scheduled for this Saturday, 27 April, at Rivers Casino, has been rescheduled to Thursday, 29 August, at 8 p.m. All tickets issued for the 27 April date will be honored for the 29 August performance. Ticket holders who plan on attending the August show are encouraged to hang onto their original tickets. For individuals who retain their tickets, seating locations will be unchanged for the August performance. Ticket holders who cannot make the rescheduled date may request a full refund at their original point of purchase. To receive the refund, patrons must take the steps below by June 30. All refunds may take up to 14 days. Tickets purchased at the Rivers Casino Gift Shop: Guests will receive a full refund in the manner in which they purchased their tickets — if the guest used a credit/debit card, they need only to present the same credit/debit card that was used for their purchase. If the guests purchased with cash, they will need to have valid photo ID. Tickets purchased online: Guests should call 1-888-718-4253 to receive a full refund. Showclix and Rivers Casino will also be sending an email notification to all ticket holders. |
