Blue Sky Names Casino General Manager for French Lick Springs Resort & Casino

INDIANAPOLIS -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Chris Leininger has been named general manager for the casino at French Lick Springs Resort & Casino, starting October 17. Most recently, Leininger was general manager for Trump Casino and Hotel in Gary, Ind.

"Chris has tremendous leadership experience in Indiana gaming operations," said Robert Lauth, CEO of Lauth Group, Inc., an Indianapolis-based real estate developer and Blue Sky partner. "He brings results that translate into successful operations and superior guest satisfaction."

Leininger brings 16 years of gaming experience to his new role. In addition to his time with the Trump organization, he has also served as vice president of finance for Harrah's Casino and Hotel in East Chicago, Ind., and was part of the successful opening team for Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City, Ind., as the director of finance.

"I look forward to the opportunity to join this exceptional project. The complete restoration of the two historic hotels, the Donald Ross Golf Course combined with a state-of-the-art gaming facility will make this the premier resort destination of the Midwest," said Leininger. The Blue Sky Team comprises owners Lauth Resorts & Casino, LLC, an affiliate of Lauth Group, Inc., and Orange County Holdings, Inc., an organization formed by the Cook Group family of companies. Benchmark Hospitality International, a hospitality management company, manages the resort properties.
