Blue Ribbon Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan to host Beer Pairing dinner

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Blue Ribbon Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Brooklyn Brewery invites guests to hop on over to experience a special five-course dinner experience, created by Executive Chef Jason Corwin, on Thursday, 17 May from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Each course will be presented with a hand-picked beer, chosen by Brew Master Garrett Oliver, that will surely complement the tasteful menu. For $70 per person (excludes taxes and gratuity), guests will be able to discover sensational new favorites - highlighting all that the original American brasserie has to offer. The special menu will feature the following:

First Course
Teriyaki meatballs served with a spicy Chinese mustard and scallion
Hanger and Wagyu tips grounded with ginger, garlic, mushrooms and scallions
tossed in a sake based sweet teriyaki sauce

With Brooklyn Pilsner

Second Course
Broiled oysters with garlic and parmesan aioli
West Coast Oysters broiled in the shell under a layer of spinach
topped with an aioli of parmesan, garlic, cognac and black pepper,
served with lemon

Third Course
BBQ ribs served with sesame BBQ glaze and fried won-top chips
Slow roasted pork ribs basted with a sweet and spicy sesame BBQ sauce

With Brooklyn Brown Ale

Fourth Course
Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken served with crispy collard
greens, mashed potatoes, gravy and honey
Blue Ribbon's famously spiced fried chicken served with collards crisped in brown butter, homestyle mashed potatoes, and a pan of gravy and clover honey

With Brooklyn Lager

Dessert
Chocolate chip bread pudding with vanilla ice cream
Bread soaked in vanilla custard, tossed with semi-sweet chocolate pistols
served hot with vanilla ice cream and warm chocolate sauce

With Black Ops
