Blue Lake Casino and Hotel reopens its doors18 January 2021Blue Lake Casino & Hotel has reopened its doors to the public and the California property has made its slot floor full open. Below is the official announcement posted on the casino's Facebook page. "We have missed you all so much and are thrilled to announce that our Slot Floor is now fully open every day from 7am - 10pm! Our Team Members have been working diligently to ensure the well-being of our valued guests and shared community by adopting some new guidelines and safety measures. We have implemented the use of the Return Safe app which helps track and trace any employees who may have been exposed to a positive case of COVID19 while at work. Employees with children will be able to utilize our free Homework Club to provide a safe learning atmosphere while their parents are at work. At Blue Lake Hotel, housekeepers and inspectors will be wearing personal protective equipment, such a face shield, gown, and gloves when removing linens from rooms before it’s cleaned and sanitized. In addition, sneeze guards have been set up throughout the property and physical distancing stickers will help keep guests apart during check-in and check-out; guests will be asked to only ride in elevators with their parties. All of the tribe’s employees have been briefed and trained on the new health and safety guidelines, what guest and customer interactions will now look like, and steps that will be taken daily to reduce the risks of COVID-19." |
