Boyd) will open on July 23, 2005. " We've planned every detail of our new steakhouse and will showcase a menu that has a wide variety of cuisine for every taste and appetite, and of course the service will be second to none," said Judy Campbell, Executive Vice-President and General Manager of Blue Chip Casino. "We will introduce a new buffet and deli in the fall, and look forward to opening the new gaming vessel within the next six months." The spacious steakhouse allows for a total of 122 guests and offers both booth and table seating. Guests can have the added luxury of a private dining room or enjoy the bar in the lounge area. The contemporary design of the steakhouse offers an elegant yet relaxed dining experience. Warm levels of lighting, natural material and wood tones create an atmosphere of comfort. Though William B's bears the name of the steakhouse at the Stardust Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, the menu will vary. According to Blue Chip Casino Executive Chef Brian Grzyb, " We are presenting a new and appealing menu of appetizers, soups, salads and the finest in steaks, seafood and desserts. When we first began discussing the menu and restaurant atmosphere, we really wanted to evoke the spirit of quality dining with a midwestern flair." William B's will be open Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 1-888-624-9618 ext. 2118.
