Blue Chip Casino, Hotel & Spa welcomes comedian Bob Saget19 July 2016(PRESS RELEASE) -- Grammy-nominated stand-up comedian Bob Saget performs in the Stardust Event Center, Blue Chip Casino, Hotel & Spa, Michigan City, Indiana, on Saturday, Aug. 6 at 8 pm. Saget, best known for his starring roles in the network TV shows Full House and America's Funniest Home Videos, has also been a stand-up comedian for more than 30 years. From his HBO specials, "That Ain't Right," to cameo appearances on "Entourage" and "The Aristocrats," Saget has embraced his dark side. His 2013 stand-up special "That's What I'm Talking About," was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album. Most recently, Saget can be seen in the Netflix series, "Fuller House," and his first book, "Dirty Daddy: The Chronicles of a Family Man Turned Filthy Comedian," has become a New York Times best seller. In 2015 he also finished a successful nine-week run on Broadway in the Tony-nominated play, "Hand to God." Tickets, starting at $30, can be purchased by credit card at Ticketmaster or in person at The Gift Box in the Blue Chip Casino pavilion. Guests must be 21 or older, with a valid state or government issued photo ID. Blue Chip is also featuring the chance to win a VIP Weekend with Bob Saget. The prize includes two front row seats, an overnight hotel stay on Aug. 6 and dinner for two at any Blue Chip venue ($100 value). Enter between July 9 - 25; the winner will be notified by email on July 27. Contest entries are limited to one per person and one entry per email address; entrants must be 21 years of age or older. |
