Black Oak Casino Is Bigger and Better Than Ever Beginning January 12

TUOLUMNE, Calif., -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- At the All-New Black Oak Casino things are more exciting than ever. Starting January 12th, guests will enjoy a multitude of new amenities designed to ensure exciting gaming action, entertainment and fun.

The official grand opening celebration of Phase II at Black Oak Casino is scheduled for Monday, March 7, 2005! In order to transition to the new building, the current casino will be closed Monday and Tuesday, January 10th and 11th and will reopen to the public on Wednesday evening, January 12th in the new Phase II facility.

Starting on Wednesday, January 12th, adult guests can indulge in the bigger and better Phase II Casino main gaming floor with 940 slot machines featuring the latest in technology and themes, as well as 24 of the most popular live action table games. Located on the second floor, this gaming area will also feature a non-smoking gaming area including the non-smoking Manzanita Bar.

Special slot and table games tournaments will be scheduled, as well as planned bonus points days for all active players. Black Oak Casino will continue to feature special promotions for cash and/or premium prizes all year long.

Also new is the Willow Creek Lounge, a 250-seat live entertainment area with a dance floor and gaming bar. The lounge will feature a weekly comedy showcase, weekly afternoon senior tea dances, a Sunday Blue Note Jazz Series, and Friday and Saturday country, blues, and adult contemporary dance music.

In addition, the main gaming floor will feature the Black Oak Cafe, a 24-hour cafe/buffet restaurant, and The Gift Basket, the Casino gift shop.

Starting January 19th, guests will also have access to the first floor of the casino featuring 53,000 square feet of fun with a sports bar, a 24-lane Brunswick bowling alley and pro shop, an arcade, and a family restaurant.

Scheduled to open in February, the third floor will feature Seven Sisters, a specialty-dining restaurant.
