Binghamton casino plans dropped6 July 2015ALBANY, New York -- The bid to build a casino in Binghamton has been ditched, according to a Albany Press and Sun report. The financial backer for the bid, Jeffrey Hyman, has decided against pursuing a casino license, the report said.
