Bill could bail out tracks9 March 2012CALIFORNIA -- A bill to help the state's horse tracks may be on the cards, the Sacramento Bee reported. The bill, Senate Bill 1390, would allow sports betting at places that are "licensed for gaming", the report said. Horse racing tracks have been really in decline and struggling in recent years, the Sacramento Bee report noted. |
