Big names to play in International Poker Open

DUBLIN, Ireland -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Boylepoker.com has announced a host of internationally renowned poker players attending this year's International Poker Open while day 1B of Europe's largest poker tournament has now sold out.

Among those hitting the felt next week at the Boylepoker.com IPO are Irish Open and GUKPT winner Neil Channing, WSOP main event finalist Andy Black, WSOP main event finalist and UKIPT winner Padraig Parkinson, poker TV legend Jesse May, Irish Open and WSOP bracelet winner Marty Smyth, WPT and WSOP finalist John O'Shea and APPT winner Dermot Blain.

The €180 + €20 buy-in Boylepoker.com International Poker Open is a no-limit hold'em freezeout taking place from October 15 to 17, 2010 at the Regency Hotel, Dublin.

Day 1B of the event, Saturday October 16, is now sold out with 600 players completing the field. Anyone wishing to play the event should now register for day 1A on Friday October 15.

The event will have an estimated prize pool of €200,000 including €20,000 added by Boylepoker.com.

Last year the IPO attracted a record-breaking field of 1,440 runners from 18 countries and was won by German Markus Sippe, who took home $62,250 for topping the field.
