Bidders line up for Philadelphia's second casino license

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that potential bidders for Philadelphia's second casino license are working behinds the scenes to put together deals before a November 15 deadline for submitting applications to the Pennsylvania Gambling Control Board.

In addition to Blatstein and Peebles, five other groups are also exploring their options, the Inquirer reports.
