Belterra Casino Resort completes phase of $15 million renovation

8 February 2016

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Belterra Casino Resort, located in Vevay, Indiana, announced the completion of a total renovation of its 55,000+ square feet of meeting and convention space.

Upgrades include all-new imported carpeting, elegant wall fixtures and sconces along with new seating to make for an even more comfortable and luxurious meeting experience. The resort now offers WI-FI at speeds up to 100 megabits per second (Mbps), which is faster than many regional convention spaces or hotels. The meeting and convention space renovation is part of a three year, $15 million capital project which included renovations to all of Belterra's hotel rooms, three new restaurants, updated common areas and cosmetic updates on the casino floor.

"These improvements underscore our commitment to providing a best in class experience for not just our loyal guests, but also to creating memorable and productive experiences for meeting planners and convention goers across the Midwest," said Sue Ascanio, Vice President and General Manager of Belterra Casino Resort. "We are very proud of our resort, our offerings and our team. We know that because of our financial commitment to our business we will continue to see great success."

Only a short drive from Cincinnati, Louisville, Lexington and Indianapolis, Belterra offers the complete resort experience including a 38,000-square-foot casino on two levels with more than 1,500 slot machines and 46 table games, including a live poker room and high limit slots and tables.
