Belarus plans for major casino14 January 2011MINSK, Belarus -- Belarus hopes to build a $1 billion gambling center near Minsk airport, Ria Novosti reported. The government has not yet found an investor and the building of the casino could take 10 years, the report said. Belarus is hoping to take advantage of new restrictions on gambling in neighbouring Russia, Ria Novosti said. |
