Beer Park to host Gator Day Weekend21 August 2018(PRESS RELEASE) -- Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas will put a new spin on Labor Day Weekend with a “Gator Day” feast from Saturday, 1 September through Monday, 3 September. Beer Park will smoke alligators throughout the weekend to create a gator taco plate, served with three tacos and a complimentary brewery-fresh beer for guests 21 and over, priced at $14.95. The tacos will be made with bacon and Andoiulle sausage-stuffed smoked alligator, topped with lettuce, tomato and Cajun remoulade, served on corn tortillas.
