Beer Park celebrates Father's Day20 May 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas will host an all-day rooftop party for Father’s Day with its new Funk and Electric Brunch from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., as well as a BBQ platter served throughout the day on Sunday, 16 June. The Father’s Day BBQ platter comprises a decadent spread that includes three smoked brisket sliders topped with BBQ sauce, aioli and jalapeño coleslaw; BBQ half chicken brined in Budweiser and beechwood smoked; and sides of potato salad, pickles and coleslaw. Beer Park’s weekend funk and electric brunch is set to DJ and live music collaborations, along with reimagined brunch selections including smoked brisket hash with crispy potatoes, peppers, an over easy egg and BBQ sauce; a hangover breakfast sandwich on a brioche pretzel bun with fried chicken, an over easy egg, bacon, lettuce, smoked tomato, provolone and honey chipotle mayo; and more. In addition to bottomless mimosas and other brunch cocktails, Beer Park offers 100 beer selections, including 36 on tap. |
