Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas to host Mother's Day brunch3 May 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- Complete with panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip, the rooftop bar at BEER PARK at Paris Las Vegas will add a special touch – a flower for mom, during its electric brunch, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, 12 May. BEER PARK’s popular new electric brunch features high-energy DJ and live music collaborations, in addition to bottomless mimosas and reimagined breakfast favorites. Menu selections include French toast sticks with honey butter, almond brittle, powder sugar, maple syrup and fresh berries; a breakfast burrito with smoked chicken, scrambled eggs, spicy chorizo, roasted salsa and queso; avocado toast with a hardboiled egg, feta, pickled red onions and micro cilantro; and more, all set to live entertainment. Mothers will be presented with a complimentary Gerbera Daisy throughout the day. Along with incredible views of the Fountains of Bellagio, BEER PARK offers billiards and foosball, as well as oversized yard games, including Jenga and Connect Four. Located on a 10,000-square-foot rooftop deck at Paris Las Vegas, BEER PARK offers cold beers, cocktails and reimagined stadium fare along with incredible views of the Las Vegas Strip. The dynamic bar and grill sets a tailgate party atmosphere with an outdoor smoker and grill, picnic tables and more than 100 beer selections, including 36 on draft. Open daily for lunch and dinner and for a funk and electric weekend brunch, the all-American menu includes next-level stadium-style cuisine, all prepared with meats cooked on a custom-made Budweiser beechwood grill.
