Bally's Pays Fine

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- As reported by the Press of Atlantic City: "Bally's Atlantic City paid $20,000 and forfeited a jackpot for allowing minors to gamble last year.

"Bally's failed to catch Nakia Hebron, then 19, of Brooklyn, N.Y., as she played dollar slots. It wasn't until she tried to collect a $1,600 jackpot that Bally's discovered her age.

"Bally's paid $10,000 for that incident and $10,000 for another incident of allowing a 19-year-old woman to play dollar slots..."
