Bally’s Dover celebrates with an annual Employee Awards Dinner

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Bally's Dover, a leading entertainment and gaming destination, hosted its highly anticipated Annual Employee Awards Dinner on 7 March at the prestigious Wild Quail Country Club.

The evening was filled with joyous celebrations as Bally’s Dover recognized the exceptional accomplishments of its quarterly award winners and employees who have dedicated an impressive 25 years of service to the company. The event also served as a platform to bestow the coveted titles of Employee of the Year and Supervisor of the Year upon two exceptional individuals.

Linda Joseph, a dedicated and hardworking employee, was named Bally’s Dover's Employee of the Year. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Joseph was presented with a cash award of $2,500, accompanied by a stunning crystal trophy. Sharon Downes, a remarkable supervisor who has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership skills, was honored as Supervisor of the Year and also received a $2,500 cash award and a beautiful crystal trophy.

In addition to the individual accolades, Bally’s Dover took the opportunity to recognize the remarkable loyalty and dedication of six team members who have been with the company for an impressive 25 years. Grim Baines, Helaine Jones, Peter Kinsfather, Ben Lewis, Terri White, and Jerry Seager were each presented with an engraved watch, a certificate, and a logo bag as tokens of appreciation for their combined 150 years of service.

The Annual Employee Awards Dinner was a testament to the Bally's commitment to recognizing and appreciating the hard work and dedication of its employees, encouraging them to continue striving for excellence.
