Bally Technologies signs agreement to offer online casino table-game content from SHFL Entertainment12 November 2012LAS VEGAS -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Bally Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BYI), a leader in slots, video machines, casino management, interactive applications and networked and server-based systems for the global gaming industry, today announced it has signed an agreement to offer online casino table-game content from SHFL Entertainment (NASDAQ Global Select Market: SHFL) (“SHFL”). SHFL’s best-in-class online casino table-game content will become available to Bally’s iGaming platform customers, allowing them to deliver top offerings in online casino table games to their players. “We are pleased to have entered into this agreement with SHFL,” said Bally Technologies’ Vice President of Business Development John Connelly. “One of Bally’s commitments to our interactive customers is to provide them with best-in-class content from the leading licensed suppliers from around the world. Operators will have the ability to choose from an array of world-class content, enabling them to maximize their revenue and competitive advantage. The products we can now offer from SHFL further our ability to fulfill this commitment.” Bally’s open iGaming platform enables casinos to deliver play-for-free and wager-based poker, table games, video slots, sports betting and social connection and choose from best-of-breed content and a library of interactive games based on proven casino-gaming content and popular play mechanics. Bally is providing its iGaming platform for the Golden Nugget casinos in Las Vegas and Atlantic City, N.J., which can be found at goldennuggetpoker.com, and the Company recently announced an agreement to provide its iGaming platform for Mohegan Sun’s casinos in Connecticut and Pennsylvania and American Casino & Entertainment Properties, LLC’s Stratosphere Casino Hotel and Tower, Aquarius Casino Resort and two Arizona Charlie’s casinos. Bally integrates its cross-platform business-to-business iGaming solution with core casino patron, slot-management and business-intelligence systems.
