Australian Pubs Exposed as Casinos

AUSTRALIA – As reported by the (Australia) Daily Telegraph: "The timeless Slim Dusty song complained about the dreary pub with no beer.

"The classic tune effectively reflects leisure in modern day Sydney, with confidential documents showing some pubs are selling little beer across the bar – while making nearly all their money from pokies.

"The Daily Telegraph has obtained the confidential balance sheets of 34 hotels managed by prominent Sydney publican Bill Waugh.

"However, he said bar figures may be down because people were drinking less than they did years ago…"
