Australian Gambling Initiative Gains Support

AUSTRALIA – As reported by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation: "The Salvation Army has congratulated the Northern Territory Government for establishing a gambling reference group.

"The group is made up of 13 organisations and includes the Salvation Army, Anglicare, Skycity Casino, NT TAB, Relationships Australia and CentreBet.

"Kelvin Merrett says the Salvation Army will be highlighting the negative impacts gambling can have on the community…"
