Australia: Sports betting adverts face lawsuits7 December 2015NEW SOUTH WALES, Australia -- Four sports betting companies face prosecution over adverts by the NSW gaming watchdog, the Sydney Morning Herald reported. The controversial adverts are being investigated in a new push to clamp down on reward-inducing advertising, the report said. Last month Ladbrokes was successfully prosecuted over three of its adverts, the Sydney Morning Herald reported. The companies facing the rap this time round are: Tabcorp Holdings Limited, Bet365, CrownBet Pty Limited and Unibet.
