Augustine Casino GM hired

CALIFORNIA – As reported by the Desert Sun: "The Augustine Band of Cahuilla Indians has hired a veteran gaming executive who was the vice president of gaming operations for the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma to serve as the general manager of its Augustine Casino on the tribal reservation near Coachella.

"Steven Loyd whose experience also includes experience as a detective with Sacramento police, the Nevada Gaming Association and Harrah's casinos has been hired to bring the Augustine's gaming business to the 'next level,' according to a statement issued today by tribal chairwoman Mary Beth Green…"
