"The corporation is building a new facility complete with 225 video lottery teminals at the race track. "…Treasurer Mitch Murphy says the decision is in the best interest of the province. "But, the group Racino Watch P.E.I. is fighting the plan, and believes the move was made to avoid a debate over gambling.
