Atlantic City: Revenue down 11.6 percent last month13 October 2010ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- Revenue fell 11.6 percent in Atlantic City last month, on the same month last year, according to the Press of Atlantic City. The dip was attributed to new competition from Pennsylvania and tropical storm Earl, the Press of Atlantic City report said. Atlantic City casinos have been impacted by the economic recession, for the past 2 years revenue has declined, the report noted. |
