Artesian Hotel unveils New Year's Eve plans

9 December 2016

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Artesian Hotel Casino & Spa plans to ring in the New Year in style with live music, champagne toasts and specialty gifts for hotel guests.

Visitors to the hotel can join the festivities in the Artesian Ballroom on 31 December from 8 p.m. to midnight. Inspired by jazz musicians of the past, such as Louis Armstrong and Nat King Cole, Justin Echols will perform live jazz music. Echols is no stranger to performing and has played for guests at The Artesian before according to Nick Starns, Artesian area general manager.

"We're excited to welcome Justin back to The Artesian as part of our New Year's celebration," said Starns. "We've enjoyed having him before and know he'll provide guests with exceptional entertainment as they bring in the New Year with us."

Echols will present a toast and a complimentary glass of champagne will be served to attendees over the age of 21 just before midnight to usher in the New Year. A vintage dance floor will also be set up in the ballroom during the celebration.

For guests staying at The Artesian on 30-31 December, each room reservation will include a New Year's Eve gift basket with The Artesian's limited edition wine, party favors for two and samples of Bedre chocolate.

"We've had a great year serving our guests and want to provide a stylish, fun place for them to join us in celebrating the New Year," said Starns. "We've enjoyed getting to know our patrons over the last year and we hope they will continue to choose to celebrate the holidays at The Artesian."
