Art Bar at Downtown Grand intriduces new menu, all items half-price from 5 to 7 p.m.24 July 2014Las Vegas -- One of the most inspired places to meet and imbibe in Las Vegas announces its new menu: Art Bar at Downtown Grand Las Vegas Hotel & Casino introduces an array of inventive cocktails and expanded food menu designed to foster stimulating conversation and good cheer among locals and visitors alike. The new menu is available daily during operating hours, from 2 to 10 p.m. An extra stroke of genius — EVERYTHING at Art Bar is offered at 50 percent off the regular price from 5 to 7 p.m. each day. Each of the following new specialty cocktails featured on Art Bar’s drinks menu takes its creative cue from the realm of visual art. Concoctions include: The Purist, which contains Kanon vodka, Plymouth gin, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur and lemon peel. The Abstract, which blends Ciroc Red Berry, fresh lime juice, rock candy, club soda, muddled raspberries and mint. The Spicy Kahlo, a union of Don Julio Silver, Cointreau, rocky candy syrup, fresh lime juice and muddled cucumber and jalapeno. The Blank Canvas, a mix of Stoli Chocolate Coconut, Godiva White Chocolate, Calahua Cream of Coconut Nectar and a chocolate-coconut-flake garnish. An additional refreshing drink available throughout the summer months is Third Street Tea, a refreshing compilation of Seagram’s Sweet Tea vodka, Absolut Apeach vodka, sweet-and-sour and iced tea. Art Bar’s specialty cocktails are priced from $9 to $10. Other beverages available include draught and bottled beer, as well as wine by the glass and bottle. Artfully prepared small bites and appetizers include: Charcuterie Experience: Chef’s choice cured pork, prosciutto, pate, cornichon, house pickles Cheese 4 Ways: Daily selection of four artisan cheeses, crostini, fig compote Spinach Artichoke Dip: Housemade baby spinach and artichoke dip with fried pita chips Spicy Chicken Sliders: Mild fried breast, sriracha aioli, Maytag bleu cheese Fried Calamari: Buttermilk-fried squid, shallot aioli, spicy marinara sauce Onion Bacon Tart: Creamy onion, smoked bacon, parmesan Spicy Buffalo Wings: Crispy-fried wings and drumettes, hot sauce, bleu cheese Ahi Tuna Duo: Spicy tuna two ways, with seaweed salad, crispy wontons The new menu also features two hearty sandwiches: French Dip: Slow-roasted rib sliced thin, Swiss cheese, toasted hoagie roll, au jus Award-winning OMG!
