Arkansas lottery bills falter

LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas -- Two lottery related bills have failed to make progress in Arkansas, according to the Arkansas News.

One of the bills 867 proposed the banning of lottery tickets sold from self-service displays or vending machines, the report explained.

The other bill SB 757, which failed to advance, would have seen unclaimed lottery prize money redirected to gambling addiction prevention and education programs, Arkansas News reported.
