Arizona gaming officials declare Galaxy Gaming suitable21 February 2014LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Galaxy Gaming, Inc. (OTCBB:GLXZ) the world's second-largest distributor of proprietary casino table games, announced today that the Arizona Department of Gaming has concluded its background investigation of the Company and its officers and has found them suitable to conduct business in Arizona. The suitability finding resulted in Galaxy Gaming receiving a state certification license, which authorizes it to conduct business with any gaming operation in the state. "The Arizona Department of Gaming possesses an impeccable reputation among all experienced gaming regulators and attorneys for their thoroughness and professionalism in performing background investigations," declared John K. Maloney, a leading gaming attorney and former regulator. "Their comprehensive investigation concluded that Galaxy Gaming and its principals are suitable participants in Arizona's burgeoning gaming industry." Mr. Maloney, who represents Galaxy Gaming and other gaming manufacturers worldwide, contrasted the Arizona approval to a regulatory disappointment the Company experienced last year in another west coast gaming jurisdiction. "Clearly, the setback experienced last year is isolated and will likely be corrected as more facts surface.
