Aristocrat to Expand into Macau

AUSTRALIA – As reported by the Sydney Morning Herald: "Resurgent poker machine maker Aristocrat Leisure Ltd has teamed up with an American casino to expand its operations in Asia via a deal in Macau.

"Aristocrat said it would supply 127 gaming machines, two systems and a signage package to the Sands Casino, operated by Venetian Macau Ltd which is owned by US-based Venetian Casinos.

"…Aristocrat general manager Asia Pacific Ken Jolly said the deal would allow the company to further expand into the Asian market…"
