J. Todd interviews former Legislative Counsel at the Department of Justice, Greg Brower, about its ongoing lawsuit with the New Hampshire Lottery over the Federal Wire Act. Earlier this year the DOJ opted to change their opinion about the intent of the Wire Act, which would effectively make interstate online gambling in America illegal. A Federal Judge has since disagreed with the Justice Department opinion, but what happens next in this case?
