Ameristar Kansas City is the place to party on New Year's Eve

KANSAS CITY, Missouri -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Make plans now to party at Ameristar on New Year's Eve 2015. Tickets are $25 for general admission to A Tribute to the New Year in Ameristar's Star Pavilion featuring three live bands. Liverpool, a Tribute to the Beatles, takes the stage at 8:30 p.m.; followed by Change of Heart, a Tribute to Heart at 10 p.m.; and Revelation, a Tribute to Journey at 11:30 p.m.

The evening with Liverpool includes a list of songs that spans the entire Beatles era from "I Wanna Hold your Hand" to "Here Comes the Sun." If you loved the music that Ann and Nancy Williams brought to the Rock & Roll music scene of the '70s and '80s, you'll love the beautiful vocals of Change of Heart on hits such as Barracuda, Dog and Butterfly, Magic Man, Never, Who Will You Run To, and many more. Revelation lead singer Danny Wayman has an amazing voice and perfectly emulates the vocal style of Steve Perry.

Seating is limited so purchase your tickets now at or in Ameristar's gift shop. The doors open at 8 p.m., Guests must be 21 years of age and present a valid photo ID.

Free live entertainment begins at 7:30 p.m. with The Big Show Dueling Pianos, featuring Spike Blake, in the Rendezvous Lounge. Boogie Wonderland (disco) performs at 8:30 p.m. in Casino Cabaret on the casino floor, and Bali Root (variety) performs in Depot #9. Enjoy your most memorable meal of 2015 in Horizons Buffet with prime rib, shrimp, steamed half lobster, lobster Arrabbiata, lobster tails and claws, plus all of your favorites for only $32.95, kids ages three and younger eat free. Don't miss the massive balloon drop at midnight. Free party favors will be given to party-goers on the casino floor.
