All Horse Racing releases Preakness Stakes odds

Is Big Brown Headed to Triple Crown Glory?

The world will be watching to see whether Julian Leparoux and Big Brown can continue their undefeated streak at the Preakness Stakes and in so doing, be one step closer to winning the Triple Crown.

The $1 million Preakness Stakes will be run at Pimlico Race Course at 6PM EDT and televised on NBC beginning at 4PM EDT. Horse fans will bet on the Preakness Stakes online at All Horse Racing and watch Big Brown as he either continues the Triple Crown chase or is defeated.

The last horse to win the Triple Crown was Affirmed in 1978 and Big Brown is thought by many to have what it takes to win one of sport's most elusive championships. Co-owner Michael Iavrone said, "I don't know of anybody who can run with him."

According to Jeremy Rose (winner of the 2005 Preakness Stakes), "I'd say realistically, everybody in the race, except for Big Brown, are all very equal and could run second or third."
