Alabama trial: Massey testifies on bribes13 July 2011ALABAMA -- Lobbyist Jarrod Massey admitted on the stand yesterday to bribing a State legislator for up to six years, the Montgomery Advertiser reported. These bribes are separate from the current corruption crimes on trial right now, but indicate the extent to which Massey is assisting state prosecutors in their investigation, the report explained. Massey admitted that he payed former Rep. Terry Spicer $3,000 a month between 2002- 2008, the Montgomery Advertiser said. |
