Agua Caliente reveal new renovations

CALIFORNIA -- As reported by the Desert Sun: "The first of the Agua Caliente Casino's new renovations will be unveiled Saturday when the $3 million Lounge opens.

"The new 2,500-square-foot 'room' takes up nearly two-thirds of what was the casino's Cahuilla Showroom.

"The new room, said casino General Manager Scott Cooper, 'is a twist on the old Las Vegas lounges.'

"...The Lounge is a classy place with a retro feel. Hardwood floors, red leather banquettes and table seating for 80 to 150 depending on the room set. There's a stage with concert lighting and sound system.

"...The $3 million price tag is well worth it, Cooper said..."
