Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage to host '80s celebration23 January 2026(PRESS RELEASE) -- Agua Caliente Casinos is bringing back the biggest hits and boldest beats with the Legends of Pop Festival, an all-day celebration of music, style, and pop-culture nostalgia taking place Saturday, 28 February 2026, at Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage. Designed as a full-scale throwback experience, Legends of Pop Festival invites guests to immerse themselves in the sights, sounds, and spirit of the 1980s with live entertainment, themed DJ sets, interactive trivia, and a headline-making ’80s costume contest celebrating the era’s bold fashion and unforgettable pop-culture moments. Festival activities begin at 1:00 p.m., leading into the evening concert event at 6:00 p.m. at The Show at Agua Caliente. Throughout the day, guests can enjoy continuous ’80s-inspired music and live entertainment across the casino floor, transforming the property into a high-energy nostalgia hub. Pop-culture trivia and on-site activations will be hosted by Bianca Fort, Deven, and Ned, keeping the energy high and the throwback vibes rolling from afternoon through evening. A highlight of the day is the ’80s Costume Contest, encouraging guests to channel their favorite pop icons and era-defining looks. The Grand Prize winner will receive a signed guitar by Boy George, while the runner-up will receive a $150 Agua Caliente Casinos gift card. In addition to entertainment, guests can enjoy limited-time food and beverage specials inspired by bold flavors worthy of the decade. At Waters Café, guests can enjoy the Taco Salad Bowl ($22), featuring a fried flour tortilla bowl filled with chopped iceberg lettuce, seasoned ground beef, black beans, shredded cheddar cheese, guacamole, green onions, sour cream, pico de gallo, and cilantro ranch. At 360 Sports, the featured special is the Smoked Tri-Tip Sandwich ($25), served with smoked tri-tip, smoky garlic BBQ sauce, tobacco onions, and lemon garlic aioli. The concert stars Coty Alexander as Madonna, E’Casanova as Michael Jackson, and Bobby Miller as Prince—three elite performers widely recognized as the No. 1 tribute artists for their respective icons.
