AGS to showcase new table and slot games at 20th annual OIGA Conference and Trade Show

13 August 2014

LAS VEGAS -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- American Gaming Systems (AGS) (the "Company"), a proven gaming machine supplier for Class II markets with an emerging presence in both Class III markets and new product categories, has announced that it will exhibit a variety of gaming experiences, including new slot and table games, at the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association Conference and Trade Show (OIGA) Aug. 11-13 at the Cox Center in Oklahoma City.

AGS will exhibit a range of new and recently released titles, including the latest addition to the It Pays to Know family, Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader? The game is based on the popular television game show and features a skill-based trivia bonus round similar to the one found in the popular Ripley's Believe It or Not! game, where players earn more credits for answering questions correctly. The first game to be housed in the attractive Skytower cabinet, this game is an attention grabber on any casino floor.

The Company will also show several products for the first time in Oklahoma, including Colossal Diamonds, a larger-than-life slot experience that has been a top performing game at each casino in which it is placed. AGS recently announced its entry into the table games market with the acquisition of War Blackjack, Inc. and is pleased to show its signature game, War Blackjack, at OIGA this year. Named the 2013 Best Table Game of the Year by Casino Journal, War Blackjack is already in play at select casinos around the country, with more installations to come.

"We're excited to showcase Colossal Diamonds for the first time. Along with Ripley's Believe It or Not? it is among the highest performing games at casinos across the country," said David Lopez, Chief Executive Officer of AGS. "This will also be our debut of War Blackjack. We are thrilled to enter the table game market with such a strong game. Blackjack is the most popular table game in North America, and the elevated experience that War Blackjack offers gives players the chance to increase their winnings by playing a game of war prior to the blackjack game. We are proud to offer new, diverse products to our important partners in Oklahoma tribal gaming. We couldn't think of a better place to kick off these new games."

A quiet classic, Colossal Diamonds is a larger-than-life game that takes the space of three standard cabinets but performs on par with eight of them, on average. The simple, classic game play and high denom configuration has been proving a hit for players and casinos across the country. More than just a novelty game, Colossal Diamonds has been a top performer for years in some locations, and is expected to deliver the same results in more recent installations across Oklahoma.

"The acquisitions of Colossal Gaming and War Blackjack, Inc. have allowed us to expand our game development capabilities and brought new talent and creative new ways of thinking to the company. These additions to the talented and dedicated team we already had in place have energized the entire company and raised the bar for creativity in development, service and manufacturing, everywhere. We are excited about this OIGA, but even more excited about what our future holds," concluded Mr. Lopez.
