AGLC to suspend purchase of all US based gaming terminals11 March 2025(PRESS RELEASE) -- As directed by the government of Alberta, Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis will be suspending purchase of all U.S. based Gaming Terminals (i.e. Slot Machines and VLT’s) from U.S. based suppliers effective 6 March 2025, at 12:01 a.m. AGLC will prioritize procurement on companies that have support services in Alberta, Canada, or with countries that it shares a free trade agreement with. AGLC’s Gaming Division operations relative to the purchase of ancillary support products (ie. Slot Machine and VLT Parts) and our Lease network will continue at this time. Additionally, AGLC remains committed to our world class technical and compliance support in all gaming networks, with no interruption to service.
