Advanced Compliance Technology appoints Mark Dufty as Head of Game Analysis25 September 2026(PRESS RELEASE) -- Advanced Compliance Technology, the specialist provider of compliance and risk solutions for the regulated betting and gaming industry, has appointed Mark Dufty as Head of Game Analysis. Mark brings more than 40 years of experience in racing and sports betting operations, including odds-making, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the United States and internationally. He previously served as Director of Trading Services at IGT, Race and Sports Director at Jerry’s Nugget, and Assistant Director at both Hard Rock and Sands Hotel and Casino, as well as leading teams in England, Australia, Curaçao, and The Bahamas. In his new role, Mark will head up ACT’s expert team of analysts who review and analyse game, event and integrity alerts from its next-generation AI- and machine leading-powered compliance platform. When the provider’s unified technology flags a potential risk, Mark and his team will also refine the model to address the ever-changing threat landscape. Crucially, Mark’s team will continue to strengthen ACT’s latest Fraud Rings tool, which produces a real-time ‘bubble map’ to illustrate suspicious connections across devices, accounts, locations, behaviors and transactions that may be missed if viewed in isolation.
