Aberdeen Casino Dispute Resolved

SOUTH DAKOTA – As reported by the Aberdeen News: "A dispute between the city and a casino over the renewal of the establishment's on-off sale malt beverage license has ended with the city council granting the renewal.

"Last week city Planning Director Brett Bill and Code Enforcement Officer Mike Olson addressed the council on the Rainforest Casino on Sixth Avenue Southeast, and the owners' history of placing roadside signs in front of the business in violation of city ordinance.

"After much discussion, the council continued the renewal for a week to get comment from the owners…"
