Both Delbert and 1-900 Jackpot, Inc (OTCBB: ONJP) mutually agreed to the resignation. Delbert resigns his position after only 4 months with the company. Please be advised that Frank Pinizzotto and his investor relations firm are no longer involved with 1-900 Jackpot, Inc. 1-900 Jackpot wishes Frank the best in his new endeavors. Please be advised that on August 28th, 2007 1-900 Jackpot, Inc made an error in reporting that "Emerge Enterprise LLC" would be attaining a potential Mexican lottery license for the "Lifestyles Immigration lottery" asset. Jackpot would like to state that a different Mexican-based firm will be providing the potential license. This firm will be announced as soon as negotiations and any necessary agreements are finalized. 1-900 Jackpot, Inc is a development stage company with no revenue or reoccurring sustainable revenue at this time. 1-900 Jackpot, Inc would like to announce that it has started the process of searching for a new chief executive officer. The 1-900 Jackpot team will be looking for individuals with a wealth of experience in the lottery industry, as well as having a deep passion for the business, its assets and the shareholders.
