The bulk of the company's ad revenues will be through a program in which it purchases e-mail addresses from webmasters who identify customers interested in subscribing to a free poker newsletter. The revenues will be generated from companies who sponsor the bi-weekly newsletter. The company also intends to acquire licensing rights from several existing casino software developers. It will then license out the software technologies to prospective and existing casino operators. Revenues will be generated by sharing in the licensing fees and by earning a percentage of royalty fees.
